How to send a request

This page explains how to ask Twix Production to delete data received through Instagram Direct (@twixproduction, app “Twix Production-IG”).

Email [email protected] or send an Instagram Direct message to @twixproduction: https://www.instagram.com/twixproduction.

Say that you want your data deleted, and include your Instagram username. If you know your Instagram-scoped user ID, include that too.

What we delete

• stored Instagram Direct events: Instagram-scoped user ID, username, message content, timestamps
• other records we hold for that request and no longer need in order to reply

Timing

We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by the same email or in Direct.

What we cannot delete for you

Data that Meta stores in your Instagram account is controlled by Instagram, not by Twix Production. You can remove it in Instagram settings or through Meta’s tools.
